Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Manager to join our team at NFU Mutual. As a key member of our HR Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent strategy and ensuring the organisation has the skills and expertise needed to achieve its goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of enterprise-wide frameworks, processes, and resources that operationalise our talent strategy. This includes overseeing the end-to-end Talent Management cycle, managing performance management frameworks, and delivering executive coaching programs.

A proven track record in leadership and talent development is essential, along with expertise in strategic planning, data-driven insights, and facilitation/presentation skills. You will also have experience in managing teams of subject matter experts and collaborating with senior stakeholders to define and deliver business objectives.

About the Role

The Strategic Talent Manager will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent frameworks, processes, and resources
  • Overseeing the end-to-end Talent Management cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
  • Managing performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Delivering executive coaching programs to support leadership development and organisational effectiveness
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to define and deliver business objectives and strategies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to £90k dependant upon experience, plus an annual bonus (up to 25% of salary), contributory pension scheme, 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, private medical insurance, health and wellbeing plan, and employee discounts on NFU Mutual insurance policies.
