Job Description:

Role Summary:

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a key role in providing clinical support to our students and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to create therapeutic living and learning environments.

Responsibilities:
  • To assess and plan therapeutic interventions for students with complex needs.
  • To work with educational and residential staff to integrate therapeutic support into daily routines.
  • To provide training and guidance to colleagues on supporting students with complex needs.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to therapeutic support.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with the HCPC.
  • Prior experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
