About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Therapy Assistant to join our team in Ryecroft School. The successful candidate will work closely with our education teams to support our children and young people, providing evidence-based assessments and interventions to better understand and support their needs.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clinical colleagues, attending multi-agency meetings and contributing to service development. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our pupils.

As a key member of our team, you will also have access to regular training and development opportunities, including specialist forums and funding for external training courses.
