Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapy Support Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments and interventions under the supervision of a qualified clinician to support children and young people with special educational needs.

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, term time only, with an estimated annual salary of £31,095 based on the location in West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with SEN, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.   • Provide therapy sessions to children and young people with special educational needs

  • GCSE's Grade C or above, including English
