The role of Special Education Needs Coordinator at Ryecroft School is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new team as part of Options Autism, a leading provider of care and education for individuals with autism and complex needs.

As a dedicated SENCo, you will work closely with the Headteacher and therapy team to develop and implement the school's SEND policy, ensuring that pupils receive high-quality teaching and support tailored to their individual needs.

Your expertise in improving provision in areas led by you will be invaluable in driving progress for disadvantaged students. With a strong focus on strategic leadership and management, you will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to staff, parents, and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme options, and access to a Flexible Benefits Platform.
