Job Overview:As an Inclusive Learning Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in various educational settings, including special schools and alternative provisions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality teaching and support to pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring that their individual learning needs are met.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies as required.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals to promote the holistic development of SEND pupils.
- Provide regular feedback to school leaders on pupil progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, implement IEPs and support strategies, collaborate with school staff and external professionals.
