To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience in improving the quality of provision in an area you have led, with a proven record of impact regarding SEN and success in achieving progress for disadvantaged students. You should possess excellent management, inter-personal and organisational skills, and be committed to ensuring equality of opportunity and accountability for all. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing high-level strategic, managerial, and operational direction for the school, particularly in relation to the Quality of Education.

Our New Options School - Ryecroft School has capacity for 60 pupils and opened in September 2024. Our New Options School caters for pupils with Autism and complex needs. The school is located in Walsall. For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
Salary and Benefits
