Job Title: Customer Fulfilment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Fulfilment Coordinator. As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our order management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily order entry onto SAP, ensuring the validity of orders and communicating with customers and logistics providers as necessary.
  • Control the release of orders to third-party distribution companies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries and stock issues.
  • Work closely with finance and logistics teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Support colleagues within the customer service team and provide backup support on all customers.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Digital competence and confidence, with good knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Knowledge of data entry into business systems, with SAP experience an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage workload effectively.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4:30pm. Flexibility outside of these hours may be required to meet the needs of the role.
