Customer Fulfilment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Limited. As the operational expert, you will be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily order entry onto the system, ensuring order validity and customer delivery dates are met.
- Obtain automatic shipping notes from 3rd party distributors and control order release.
- Ensure effective communication with 3rd party distribution partners for short lead time orders and stock issues.
- Control customer invoice queries and investigate non-compliance issues.
- Liaise with Finance and Account Managers to maintain effective communication of stock.
- Support colleagues within the customer service team and provide backup support.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Good data entry skills and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relay information effectively.
- Reasonable levels of numeracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and have a strong team work ethic.
- An attractive salary, depending on experience.
- 37 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the role.
- Hybrid working available, with occasional business travel.
- 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy/sell up to 3 days per year.
