Job Title: Customer Fulfilment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Fulfilment Coordinator. As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless order management across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily order entry onto SAP, ensuring order validity and communication with customers and logistics providers.
  • Control the release of orders to third-party distribution companies to meet customer delivery dates.
  • Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries and stock issues with third-party distributors.
  • Collaborate with finance and account managers to maintain effective communication and stock updates.
  • Support colleagues in the customer service team and provide backup support on all customers.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Digital competence and confidence in MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of data entry into business systems, with SAP experience in Sales and Materials Management modules an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and effective workload management.
