We are looking for an experienced customer service specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of logistics and order management processes. As a Customer Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily order entry onto SAP, ensuring order validity and accuracy.
  • Obtain automatic shipping notes from third-party distributors.
  • Control order release to third-party distribution companies to meet customer delivery dates.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and distribution partners to resolve stock issues and short lead time orders.
  • Ensure customer portals are up-to-date with order-related information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries and non-compliance issues.
  • Liaise with finance and account managers to maintain effective communication and stock management.
  • Support colleagues in the customer service team and provide backup support for all customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Digital competence and confidence in using MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of data entry into business systems, with SAP experience in Sales and Materials Management modules an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to relay information effectively to customers and colleagues.
  • Numerate, confident, and accurate with figures, with a strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Strong team work ethic.
