Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group Ltd. As a key member of our E-retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences through efficient order management and effective communication with our distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily orders onto our SAP system, verifying order details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtain automatic shipping notes from our third-party distributors to ensure timely order processing.
  • Control the release of orders to our distribution partners to meet customer delivery dates.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and distribution partners regarding order status, stock issues, and short lead-time orders.
  • Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with our finance team to ensure accurate order processing and payment.
  • Collate, check, and file orders once dispatch is confirmed.
  • Maintain effective communication with our account managers regarding stock levels and order status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with data entry into mainframe computerized business systems, with SAP experience in Sales and Materials Management modules an advantage.
  • Digital competence and confidence in using MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Numerate, accurate, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to self-check work.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Strong team work ethic and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
