About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and confident Arrears Collections Agent to join our team from 7th April 2025. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working in an FCA regulated environment and experience with high-volume, telephone-based debt collections.

The role involves communicating with customers who have fallen into arrears on their mortgage account and providing them with positive solutions to their accounts. Your working day will be spent on the telephone to customers alongside a small amount of administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to resolve arrears issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide solutions for customers
  • Meet and exceed performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C debt collections
  • FCA regulated environment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
