Training Operations Coordinator

Ocho seeks an experienced Operations Analyst to join its dynamic team. Proven experience in managing schedules, coordinating resources, and analysing data to drive business outcomes is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, PowerBI, Outlook, and SaaS programs, is also required. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule resources, including trainers, equipment, and materials, for virtual and onsite training courses.
- Act as the system administrator/owner of the SaaS program used for all training operations.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving processes related to training course delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement and manage these improvements on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status updates on the progress of training operations, resource allocation, and any ongoing process improvements.
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
