Pension Administrator Vacancy

ENGINEERINGUK is looking for a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team in Newcastle, UK. The successful candidate will have experience in Defined Benefit pension schemes and MS Office products.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Database Management: Updating pension administration databases and systems.
  2. Query Handling: Managing DWP and HMRC queries.
  3. Customer Service: Handling internal and external phone calls.
  4. Benefits Calculations: Performing manual benefits calculations.
  5. Administrative Support: Amending non-financial work e.g. change of address.
  6. Project Assistance: Supporting team members with project work e.g. bulk mailshots.
  7. Time Recording: Ensuring accurate time recording system updates.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to meet deadlines, and have a positive attitude towards work.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (estimated).
