About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Pensions Operations Manager to join our Central Services team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our contractor payroll operations and ensure seamless processing of payrolls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple high-volume contractor payrolls, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will work closely with the sales consultants and clients to resolve queries and provide exceptional customer service.

A key aspect of this role is to oversee and improve processes to accommodate business growth, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes accordingly. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, conduct escalation meetings, and act as a credible deputy in their manager's absence.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, a workplace pension, and life insurance policy.
