We are seeking a Deeds and Documents Specialist to join our Conveyancing Department at Russell & Russell Limited in Bolton. This is a full-time role that requires someone with experience in conveyancing and a law degree to work with our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Deeds and Documents Specialist, you will be responsible for processing conveyancing tasks efficiently, using online case management systems, and working on the fee earner's instructions. Your key duties will include supporting the team with conveyancing tasks and using online case management systems to manage cases effectively.

Requirements
  • Experience in conveyancing.
  • Law degree.

The salary for this position is around £31,000 per year, which is based on industry standards for similar roles in the area. In addition to your salary, we offer various benefits, including attendance bonus, 25 days annual leave, birthday holiday, referral schemes, and discounted services.
