About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional to ensure smooth document control processes as a Document Controller.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage drawings and documents for multiple projects using Viewpoint for Projects (VFP).
  • Receive, review, and accurately record all documentation into the DMS, Viewpoint for Projects (VFP).
  • Ensure all project drawings and documentation are distributed efficiently and promptly as requested.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to the QA process, highlighting any breaches or risks to line management.
  • Provide training and support to internal colleagues, external consultants, and supply chain members on the use of the DMS Viewpoint for Projects (VFP).
  • Produce detailed reports on documentation and project progress as requested.
About You:

We are looking for someone with proven experience in document control, ideally within the construction or engineering sector. Proficiency in using the Document Management System, Viewpoint for Projects (VFP), is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
