Document Control Specialist

At CV Library, we're seeking a meticulous and organized professional to excel in document control processes as a Document Control Specialist.
About Us:We are committed to maintaining high standards through seamless documentation management across our projects.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor, Maintain, and Distribute Documentation: Efficiently manage drawings and documents for multiple projects using Viewpoint for Projects (VFP).
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Receive, review, and accurately record all documentation into the DMS, Viewpoint for Projects (VFP).
- Timely Distribution: Ensure all project drawings and documentation are distributed efficiently and promptly as requested.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to the QA process, highlighting any breaches or risks to line management.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal colleagues, external consultants, and supply chain members on the use of the DMS Viewpoint for Projects (VFP).
- Reporting: Produce detailed reports on documentation and project progress as requested.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
