Job Title: Lead Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic pharmacist to provide clinical leadership to our medical directorate. This role would be a great opportunity for a Band 7 pharmacist looking to develop their leadership skillset or an established Band 8a pharmacist looking to move to a beautiful rural environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work with a team of consultants, specialist pharmacists, ward managers, and ACPs across the medical directorate to optimise pharmacy service provision. They will be responsible for developing and implementing pharmacy services that meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the pharmacy team
  • Develop and implement pharmacy services that meet the needs of our patients and staff
  • Work with the medical directorate to optimise pharmacy service provision
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the trust
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures
Requirements
