Lead Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a clinical pharmacy leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist looking to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our medical directorate, working closely with consultants, specialist pharmacists, ward managers, and ACPs to optimize pharmacy service provision. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, leading clinical teams, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the medical directorate, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Lead clinical teams, providing guidance and support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and improve patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective pharmacy practice
- Contribute to the development of the pharmacy department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
