Job Title: Lead Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Pharmacist to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to our medical directorate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, with experience in leading teams and managing pharmacy services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pharmacy strategies, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

You will work closely with our medical directorate to optimize pharmacy service provision, and will be expected to contribute to the development of our pharmacy services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our medical directorate
  • Develop and implement pharmacy strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Manage and lead pharmacy teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to the development of our pharmacy services and policies
  • Work closely with our medical directorate to optimize pharmacy service provision
