Lead Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic pharmacist to provide clinical leadership to our medical directorate. This role would be a great opportunity for a Band 7 pharmacist looking to develop their leadership skillset or an established Band 8a pharmacist looking to move to a beautiful rural environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work with a team of consultants, specialist pharmacists, ward managers, and ACPs across the medical directorate to optimise pharmacy service provision. They will be responsible for developing and implementing pharmacy services that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the pharmacy team and contribute to the development of pharmacy services.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of pharmacy services.
- Provide training and support to pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
