Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a clinical pharmacy leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist looking to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our medical directorate, working closely with consultants, specialist pharmacists, ward managers, and ACPs to optimize pharmacy service provision. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the medical directorate
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy service provision
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy services and policies
  • Provide guidance and support to junior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
