A world-renowned Automotive Paint Specialist Dealership based in Leatherhead seeks a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join their customer service and administration team. Duties of the Office Assistant:
Act as the essential link between the workshop/paint team and customers.
Handle front-office responsibilities such as answering calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Organize and manage materials, including light manual tasks like unpacking and carrying frames or boxes.
Accurately input customer and inventory data into IT systems.
Ensure clear and efficient communication between team members and clients to support smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage light physical tasks, such as carrying frames and boxes.
Solid administrative experience, with a background in the automotive industry being advantageous (but not essential).
Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new IT systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
