Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Wrexham. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to adults living at home with a range of needs. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Promote independence and enable clients to maintain their daily routines
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • Must hold an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Must be 18 or over
  • Must hold a full UK Drivers Licence, with access to own vehicle
  • Dedicated, caring, punctual, and driven with a positive attitude
  • Understanding of the role involves travelling to and from different clients' homes to deliver the best quality care
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • The right to work in the UK
