**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Older Persons Team at Randstad Care. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £41.54 per hour, with flexibility for negotiation based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality social work services to older adults, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is supported.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans to address the complex needs of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, families, and carers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work to provide evidence-based care.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC).
  • Proven experience in social work, preferably in an older adults setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
