About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities, engage in social activities, and develop new skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
