About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant/Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Assistant/Support Worker, you will work directly with the Citizen or Employer to provide support and assistance in their daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the individual in accessing activities they enjoy and promoting independence within the home and community.
  • Work with the individual to develop and implement personalized support plans to meet their needs and goals.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support the individual in navigating social situations and developing communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
