Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join CV Library at Resourcing Group, a leading provider of talent solutions. This role is part of our Facilities Management functional area, focusing on the operations of a set of assets and providing support to Property Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently.
- Work closely with clients to implement procedures, policies, and reporting formats, including audits.
- Collect information reports to track performance and progress status.
- Manage paperwork submitted by vendors, including filing work orders, proposals, and department files.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies and systems, monitor invoices via the finance system.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding invoices and queries.
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and correspondence.
- Use established procedures to resolve straightforward problems.
- Relevant job experience.
- Able to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Effective communication skills for exchanging information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Basic finance knowledge for raising POs and monitoring invoices.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
- Good mathematical skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $70,000 based on industry standards and location.
