Facilities Management Assistant

Facilities Management Assistant is a key role within the Facilities team at Spire Southampton Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all remedial works identified in infrastructure, plant and equipment inspection reports are tracked on the facilities tracker system.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A high level of literacy and numeracy is also required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £39,000 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance and life assurance.
