We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Internetwork Expert. This exciting opportunity will see you take on the responsibility of overseeing our office move and ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of building management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage renovations, refurbishments, and pending office move
  • Provide advice on energy efficiency and systems
  • Manage budgets and accounts, taking equipment audits
  • Contract landscaping and other services, including snow removal
  • Diagnose, maintain, and report mechanical equipment
  • Heating/Cooling, Electrical, Plumbing, Cleaning, Maintenance & Repairs
  • Statutory Testing – Electrical Power Supplies/Lifts/Boilers/Chillers, (Insurance Inspections)
  • Fire/Intruder/Flood/Loss of Power Alarms – 24/7 Callout/Point of Contact
  • Work with key suppliers to ensure the office is well maintained
  • Manage repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of systems
  • Liaise with the landlord/managing agent/security for any office issues

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in facilities and/or office management, with sound knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location.
