Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager of Youth Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting the development of services and working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching all grades of junior staff, demonstrating first-rate organisational and multitasking skills, and prioritising effectively and efficiently in a busy work environment.

The role requires the ability to support, train, develop and educate others, work well autonomously and as a team member, and practise the Trust values. The successful candidate will also be expected to support the Trust direction on inclusivity and diversity within all areas of the role and service.

Main Duties of the Job

The Deputy Manager of Youth Services will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of services and working closely with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Teaching all grades of junior staff
  • Demonstrating first-rate organisational and multitasking skills
  • Prioritising effectively and efficiently in a busy work environment
  • Supporting the Trust direction on inclusivity and diversity within all areas of the role and service
