About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Play and Youth Services Manager to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Play and Youth Services Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and young people.

Main Responsibilities

  • Co-lead a sub-team of the larger team, leading on staffing, rotas, and service delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day support to team members in clinical areas, organising service delivery cover and planning.
  • Develop and expand the Play and Youth Service to grow and improve.

About the Team

Our Play and Youth Services Team is a large, multi-skilled workforce consisting of Registered Health Play Specialists, Youth Support Co-coordinators, Youth workers, and young adult support coordinators working trust-wide with 0–25-year-olds. We are committed to delivering top-quality patient care, excellent education, and world-class research.
