About the Role

Owen Daniels Consultancy is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing and supply chain functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and excellence, working closely with the leadership team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Setting strategy for manufacturing and supply chain operations to deliver business goals.
  2. Leading the Operations function to ensure consistent delivery of quality, schedule, and cost.
  3. Day-to-day management of manufacturing, including interpreting customer and business demand, planning, and executing production.
  4. Responsible for shipping, import-export documentation, and compliance.

This role requires a highly skilled individual with demonstrable experience in leading change and creating a vision for operational excellence. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

  • Estimated salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
  • 27 days holiday per year (increasing to 30 days after 5 years' service) plus statutory public/bank holidays.
