This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and supply chain functions within Owen Daniels Consultancy. The role requires an individual with a strategic mindset, capable of developing and implementing plans to ensure efficient product delivery while maintaining quality standards and adhering to schedules and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manufacturing Strategy: Set and execute strategies for the business's manufacturing operations to meet or exceed set goals.
  2. Operations Management: Lead the day-to-day management of manufacturing operations, including demand interpretation, production planning, and execution.
  3. Supply Chain Management: Manage all aspects of shipping, import/export documentation, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of goods.
  4. Leadership: Demonstrate experience in creating a vision and leading change to establish high-performing operations functions within engineering businesses producing medium-volume electromechanical products.
  5. Global Supply Chains: Lead the strategic, tactical, and commercial aspects of both global supply chains and in-house manufacturing.
Benefits and Compensation
  • The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflective of the location in Woking and the demands of the role.
  • A 37.5 hour working week with early finishes on Fridays provides a healthy work-life balance.
  • Owen Daniels Consultancy offers 27 days holiday per year (increasing to 30 days after 5 years' service) plus statutory public/bank holidays.
