About the Role

This role will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring adherence to the highest levels of customer service and customs legislation, tariff codes, HMRC regulations, particularly related to import and export activities. Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence within the logistics team by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.
  • Negotiations: Work with and negotiate the best rates with third-party suppliers for logistics services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize logistics operations while maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Audit and Improvement: Conduct regular audits to identify risks of non-compliance and implement improvements to reduce these risks.
  • CUSTOMS EXPERTISE: Provide expert advice on customs documentation, duty relief schemes, and trade facilitation.
What You'll Get

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
