We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supply Chain Manager to join our team at McLaren Racing. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of car parts and supplies to support our racing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the stock control and supply chain process for car parts and components
  • Coordinate the packing and unpacking of shipments to and from events, meeting strict deadlines
  • Liaise with the project management team to ensure quantities of parts and spares are available to meet event schedules
  • Promote adherence to process and procedures, working closely with the race logistics manager to align processes with current F1 activities
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of Formula One race car components and assemblies
  • Experience of managing complex motorsport parts and assemblies on demanding timescales
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and digital systems
  • Ability to interpret engineering specification drawings and BOM data
  • Flexible approach to prioritizing effectively and changing focus quickly
