Job Summary

Nomad Foods is seeking an experienced Logistics Business Analyst to join our team in Woking, Surrey. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and stakeholder engagement, as well as experience working with EWM and 3PL Logistics processes. About the Role

The Logistics Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and testing systems to ensure they meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EWM and 3PL Logistics processes, as well as experience working with market-leading ERP systems such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements;
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Communicating complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Experience working with EWM and 3PL Logistics processes;
  • Knowledge of market-leading ERP systems, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA.
