Manufacturing Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Manager to join our team at Tata Technologies. This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for providing CNC programming and troubleshooting for new capital introduction projects. You will also lead project management, data analysis, and root cause analysis initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level CNC programming and troubleshooting services for complex manufacturing projects
- Leverage technical skills to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet business objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis initiatives to resolve complex manufacturing issues
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing engineering
- Expert-level knowledge of CNC programming and Microsoft O365 tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
