Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our Customer Services team as an Administrator within our Retail division on a 12 month FTC basis.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued customers, partners, and external parties, ensuring outstanding outcomes and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organise and plan work to achieve team and personal objectives, prioritising customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, such as returning original documents to customers.
