About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Shift Manager to join our team at Butlins. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for providing daily support to the team, ensuring exceptional service standards are met, and driving business growth through effective leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Guest Services staff to deliver exceptional service standards and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.

You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and make sound decisions quickly.
