About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Operations Leader to join our Guest Services Team. The purpose of this role is to provide daily support to the team in your areas, including Guest Services and Welcome Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a high-quality experience.
  • Manage and lead a team of Guest Services staff, including recruitment, performance management, and team development.
  • Oversee all team activities within the department, including training and coaching.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Guest Services leader who can support the team to deliver fantastic service, putting the guests first in everything you do. You will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellent experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in leadership and complaints handling.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Confidence to direct and respond in any situation, while delivering consistent brand standards.
