Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Box Hill Burford Bridge Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Food and Beverage team by example, motivating and supporting team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually developing new knowledge and skills to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
