We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a GP Practice Front Desk Coordinator. This role will provide a high-quality and responsive reception service to all patients, ensuring the efficient running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and professional service to patients, answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and patient records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and filing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient reception area.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve practice goals and objectives.

Person Specification

  • GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
  • Experience of working in a reception/admin environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
