IT Service Desk Administrator

About this role
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic IT Operations Team at the NHS Foundation Trust, where you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of IT services.
Main responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, manage and plan their own workload, and ensure the logistical requirements of IT equipment are maintained.
Key duties will include delivering and installing IT equipment, attending team discussions and meetings, and assisting with on-the-job training for new starters.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable experience of working in an office environment using administration skills, a good understanding of Windows applications and Office365, and a European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent.
