We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our dynamic SEND team at Service Care Solutions. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the SEND team, maintaining accurate records and documentation for pupils with SEND.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes for key stakeholders.
  • Act as a key point of contact for SEND-related enquiries from parents, staff, and external partners.
  • Assist with the organisation of SEND assessments, reviews, and monitoring processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational or SEND setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
