VANRATH is assisting a global organisation in recruiting a Sales Director on a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategy, manage the sales team, and ensure sustainable revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, identifying market trends, and aligning sales efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies, set performance targets, and adapt to market needs.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and setting clear objectives.
Ensure efficient processes, use CRM tools, and track performance metrics to improve productivity.
Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
Conduct market research, analyse performance, and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
A proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome complex business challenges.
