We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Director to lead our global sales development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
The Sales Development Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales development team to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain sales processes, tools, and metrics to measure sales performance.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.
We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a strong track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years of experience managing global or regional sales teams.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with a proven ability to drive sales growth and manage high-performing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of sales development enablement tools and technologies.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
