SEN Teaching Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students who require additional help. Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance student learning, promoting social inclusion, and fostering a positive classroom environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of SEN principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
